Our mission is to uplift farming communities, foster inclusive growth, and enrich value chains — especially for disadvantaged sections in rural India — while “Linking the Basics” between farmers, consumers, and stakeholders.

Key Focus Areas & Major Initiatives

BAL’s CSR spans education, healthcare, environment, farmer empowerment and community welfare — with a strong emphasis on women, children, farmers and backward communities.

Education & Skill Development

Sharadanagar Education Campus (via Agricultural Development Trust, Baramati) — a 240-acre flagship with 15 institutes and 23 departments educating 35,000+ students from primary school to advanced degrees in agriculture, dairy, pharmacy and more, with focus on economically backward girls and rural youth.
