Parent farm and hatchery commencement and first poultry mash feed plant set up.

2005 - commencement of cattle feed plant.
2006 - Semi automatic poultry processing plant started.
2007 - Installation of first sugar plant of 2500 TCDat Shetphalgade.
2008 - commencement of Distillary unit at Shetphalgade.

2010 - (1) Sugar Unit 1 capacity increased to 4,300 TCD. (2) Co-gen plant installed at unit 1. (3) Quarantine feed plant for parent bird.
2011 - Commencement of feed production
at Kuppam and Veola
2012 - (1) Launch of Chicken & Value added products under the brand of :Delicious. (2) Incorporation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS)
at Singapore. (3) Acquisition of Sugar Unit at Kannad, Sambhaji Nagar.
2014 - (1) Sugar Unit 1 capacity increased to 5,000 TCD. (2) Incorporation of another WOS in Tanzania.
2015 - (1) Increase in Ethanol prod. Capacity flow 160 KLPD. (2) Breeder farm capacity increased to 250,000 birds/annum. (3) Parent farm was established at Village Gulunchne, Tal-Purandar.

2016 - (1) Feed mill capacity expanded to 2,500 MT per month. (2) Sugar Unit 1 capacity increased to 7,500 TCD.
2017 - (1) Procurement & marketing of Fruit & Vegetables in Domestic & International market. (2) Launch of Retail Chain outlet under the brand 'Chicken Vicken' for raw & fresh chicken.
2018 - Set up Layer farm at village Pangaon, Barshi, Solapur.
2019 - (1) Set up of Brooding and Growing Farm for 200,000 birds/annum. (2) Hatchery capacity expanded from 14.4 to 35 million chicks/annum. (3) Expanded Distillery cap from 100 to 160 KLPD &
Ethanol cap from 160 to 260 KLPD. (4) Installed 31 TPH incineration boiler and achieved Zero liquid discharge.

2020 - (1) Commencement of Deshi Breeder Farm of 17,000 Birds and 18 million Chicks per annum. (2) Expansion of Distillery Capacity from 160 to 210 KLPD. (3) Chicken Vicken opened 300th Retail Store.
2022 - (1) Expansion of sugar unit l capacity to 10,000 TCD & unit 2 capacity to 6,000 TCD. (2) Installation of 1,000 TPD Sugar Refinery at Unit l. (3) Expansion of Distillery and Ethanol Capacity from 21 0 KLPD to 500 KLPD. (4) Expansion of Co-gen capacity from 36.75 MW to 46.75 MW.
2023 - (1) Expansion of sugar unit 1 capacity to 18,000 TCD. (2) Expansion of Co-gen capacity to 88.2 MW. (3) Acquisition of Sugar Factory of 2,500 TCD of Jaishriram Sugar & Agro Products Ltd. at Halgaon, Ahmednagar. (4) Acquisition of Membrane Filters Division of Membrane Filters India Pvt Ltd.
2024 - (1) Expansion of Broiler Breeder capacity to l million. (2)Expansion of Deshi/Country Birds to 30K parents and 1.8 million chicks placement/year.

2025 - Ventured into Aviation Business
on NSOP basis.
